Cheap Paper Box Machine

This machine is used to slot the material of gray paper board and other industrial cardboard. Taking advantage of new technology to deliver cardboard. The cardboard is combined and fixed in the right position by a big cylinder. It's high precision, high working speed and durable.

The process of  making box:
1:  Slotting the cardboard by "Cardboard Slotting Machine (XY 1200)"
2:  Folding the cardboard like a tray and pasting the corner by "Box Corner Pasting Machine (XY 40)
3:  Gluing the Paper Sheet  on the cardboard- tray by "Gluing Machine (XY 650A) or(XY 650B) or (XY 650C) or (XY 650D) or (XY 650E) or (XY 650J) .
4:  Gluing the paper sheet(cover) on the four sides of the box and making the cover paper coat and fold-in on after another by  "Box Forming Machine (XY 500)
5: Folding and forming for the surface paper box , bending and extruding parts of the surface paper into the boxes by " Box Fold-in Machine  (XY 420)  or  (XY 520)
