Product Description
1. Machine printing:
Machine printed text and images. Modern presses are generally mounted version, inking, stamping, feeding (including folding) and other agencies. Its working principle is: First to print text and images into plates, mounted on the press, and then by hand or presses the ink coating on the plate with text and images place, and then transferred directly or indirectly printed on paper or other substrates(such as textiles, plastic, leather), thereby reproduce the printed version of the same print. It plays an important role.
2. Silk screen:
Screen printing is porous printing, it flat printing, letterpress, gravure printing method, together known as the Big Four. Stencil printing including transcribed version, holes flower version, stencil printing and screen printing. Stencil printing principle is: The printing plate (paper film version or the other version of the base on to produce through the ink hole) at the time of printing, by a certain pressure to the ink through the stencil perforations transferred to the substrate (paper, ceramics, etc. ), the formation of an image or text. Printed squeeze through the scraper so that ink through the mesh part transferred to the substrate to form the same as with the original graphic. Screen printing equipment is simple, easy to operate, printing, plate making simple and low cost, adaptability.
3: Lamination:
Laminating ( Film ), also known as "a plastic", "rubber mounted", "film", etc., refers to thetransparent plastic film to stick to the print by hot surfaces to protect and increase the gloss effect. Film has been widely used in the cover of books, pictures, year book, postcards, product brochures, calendars and maps for surface binding and protection. Currently, common packaging film products cartons, boxes, bags, fertilizer bags, seed bags, stickers and so on.
6) Sample time in 3-7 days, orders time in 15-25 days, according the quantity of the order
