We developped the penetration and flexing resistant steel plate for safety shoes this year which filled the gap in China.
Pls find the test of thes steel plate as follow:
1. Penetration resistance for peetration insert (BS EN12568: 1998, 10mm/min):
Size 9 1143N, requirment: Min1100N
2. Flexing resistance for steel insole(BS EN12568: 1998)
No crack after 1X106 flexes
Requirment: No crack after 1X106 flexes
3. Corrosion resostance of metal penetration insert (BS EN12568: 1998, 1%salt solution, 48Hours)
No corrosion
Requirment: They shall exhibit no more than five areas of corrosion, none of which shall exceed 2.5mm2 in area
