Material details:
1) Cover: Covered in very soft, smooth top grain fabric,and top leather,bonded leather,PU and PVC are available.
2) Frame: Metal mechanism, elastic webbing and high density sponge.
3) Sponge: With high density foam and polyester fiber
4) Seat cushion: Polyurethane foam 40 densities.
5) Back cushion: High density foam, soft cotton and polyester fibers.
6) Armrest: High resilient polyurethane foam 30 densities and polyester fibers
Sofa construction:
1) Internal frame: Metal mechanism
2) High quality polyester fiber between leather and foam.
3) High elastic belt.
4) High density foam: 40 densities for seating and 30 density for armrest

Quality control in production:
a. Before production, we will check the material with colors and features to make sure everything we are using on the mass production are strictly same as the sample shown.
b. We will be tracing every steps of the production from the beginning.
c. When item finished, QC checks.
d. Before packing, every items will be cleaned and checked.
e. Before loading, clients can send QC or point a third party to check the quality. we will try our best to help when problem occurs.
Warranty time:
1)Two years against manufacturing defect;
2)Offer lifetime consultation on problem occured.
